[Kissing was and will always be strange to Amelia. It's something that's never entirely unpleasant (at least in her experience), but she can't say she's very receptive to it either.

It's very troubling when she feels the need to enjoy herself and when taking the person she's kissing into consideration...

She doesn't exactly kiss back, but when she feels the movement of his lips curling up, and the lingering there's this unexpected jolt in her heart and mind. In the head there's a nagging thought of how this isn't really right, but there's that feeling in her chest that makes this feel not wrong in a way...]
